Three steps. One board. Production-ready.

Every project moves through the same disciplined path. No hand-offs to junior engineers. No "we'll figure it out in layout." Every decision is owned, end-to-end, by one person who's done it 250 times before.

01 — Schematic Design

It starts with the right diagram.

A clean schematic is the contract between idea and copper. Component selection, signal flow, power trees, decoupling strategy — captured precisely before a single trace is drawn.

Components chosen for life, not lab.

Parts are picked for availability, lifecycle, and second-source. The schematic that ships is the schematic that can keep shipping in twelve months.

Manufacturability baked in.

DFM concerns surface at the schematic stage, not after the first prototype run. Saves weeks. Saves money. Saves hairline.

02 — PCB Layout

Every via and pour serves the design.

Layouts tuned for cost, performance, and yield. Power routed wide, ground planes solid, signals isolated where it matters. No floating pours, no stubs left in.

Built for EMI, not just for show.

Crosstalk budgets. Return-path integrity. Antenna keep-outs. The radio works because the layout already agreed it would.

Thermal handled at the copper.

Thermal vias under hot pads. Copper pours sized to spread heat. The board runs cool because it was drawn to.

03 — Test & Validation

Verified, not just pretty.

Firmware flashing, bring-up, and real-world validation so the board behaves the way the schematic promised. If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.

Bench, not simulation.

Real silicon on a real bench. Power-up sequencing, current draw, signal integrity, thermal soak — measured, logged, signed off.

Bug fixes are also revisions.

Findings flow back into schematic and layout. The next rev isn't a redesign — it's a refinement, with the lessons baked in.

How a project actually runs.

From first message to finished hardware on your bench.

Brief

You describe the goal, constraints, BOM ideas, and any sketches. I scope, quote, and confirm timelines.

Schematic

Captured in EasyEDA Pro or KiCad. Reviewed together before a single track is drawn.

Layout

Stack-up, placement, routing, pour, DRC. Iterated until the board is yours, not just mine.

Fabrication

Gerbers, drill files, BOM, CPL — everything a fab and assembler need, packaged clean.

Bring-up

Flash, power, probe, validate. You get the board, the data, and the source files.

What you actually receive.

Everything you need to manufacture, assemble, and own the design forever.

Files

Editable source.

Native EasyEDA / KiCad project files. The design is yours. No lock-in, no licensing puzzle.

Manufacturing

Fab-ready outputs.

Gerber X2, drill files, NC routes, IPC-356 netlists, board outline DXF — everything a manufacturer expects, formatted clean.

Assembly

BOM & CPL.

Bill of Materials with manufacturer part numbers, lifecycle status, and second sources. CPL pick-and-place ready for JLCPCB / PCBWay / your assembler.

Documentation

Design notes.

Stack-up, impedance targets, thermal calcs, test results. The reasoning behind every non-obvious decision, written down.

Ready when you are.
